Delete your Rentanoo account and data

1. From the app (immediate)

1. Open the Rentanoo app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.

Deletion is immediate.

2. By WhatsApp or e-mail

If you no longer have access to the app, or if your account is also used on the rentanoo.com website (owner account, bookings made on the website), request deletion by WhatsApp +261 37 34 379 12 or e-mail support@rentanoo.com, from the e-mail address or phone number linked to the account. Requests are handled within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials (e-mail, Apple or Google sign-in).
• Your personal data: first name, last name, phone number.
• Your device's notification token.

4. What is kept

• Your bookings and payments, in anonymised form (no longer linked to your identity), for the legal retention period of accounting records.
• Data held by Stripe for payments, under its own legal obligations.
• Your published reviews, unless you ask for them to be removed: just ask by WhatsApp or e-mail.
